Due to the nature of digital products, NOVA PDFM does not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges once a purchase is completed.
1. Digital Nature of Goods
Because our products are digital files that are delivered instantly via download link or email, they cannot be "returned." Once you have accessed or downloaded the file, we have no way of revoking the product.
2. No Refunds

We are committed to providing high-quality products. We will make every effort to resolve the issue and provide you with a working file. If we are unable to resolve the technical issue, we may, at our sole discretion, issue a replacement file or a refund.
4. Chargebacks
Initiating a chargeback or dispute with your credit card company or bank without first contacting us to resolve the issue is a violation of our Terms of Service. We reserve the right to dispute any chargebacks and provide proof of delivery (download logs) to the financial institution.
